The community

19 labeled lots from the supplied plan layouts and Regrid parcel export. Seventeen retained adjustable concept homes use Hawthorne and Haven appearance references. Western lot boundaries are approximate plan traces. East Lots 15–17 use current parcel outlines; “18” is the historical label for the current river remainder.

A1 and D2 have no assigned home in the current saved concept layout. B1 retains its saved Haven concept. This does not determine buildability. Home style, elevation and siting are for exploration.

The property

Mapbox displays the supplied community concept outlines in the overview. The immersive Cesium view displays the source parcel outlines from your August 5, 2026 Regrid export, over USGS / USDA aerial imagery. The emphasized outline is PIN 70-04-34-400-003.

Recorded parcels total 77.19 provider acres. They are not the survey’s proposed 52.8± acre “New Overall 1.” The ground uses locally retained USGS 3DEP elevations, with an approximate NOAA GEOID18 height correction. Terrain coverage is bounded to this site. Aerial imagery is historical source context. The immersive landscaping layer retains the original artist-created trees, shrubs and lawns. Its visibility setting carries through from the overview; Mapbox does not invent a tree layer. It does not represent a surveyed tree inventory, approved clearing or driveway design.

The barn

100 × 60 ft, 16 ft eaves, 4:12 roof, ridge east–west. Two 14 × 14 ft overhead openings and a service door follow the Bex gable sheet. The east-facing gable is provisional.

The brief’s four south-wall doors conflict with Bex. Finishes, lighting, framing web details and landscaping are illustrative. The source-view barn is separate from the globe until Nederveld supplies a coordinate tie to the staked pad.
